Fernando Zomer is a civil engineer trained at Unesc and based in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, Brazil. He directs EZA Engenharia, a high end construction company founded in 1991, and is co founder and CFO of Easy Alert, a building maintenance platform used in more than 2,500 buildings, across 138 cities and 23 Brazilian states.

Fernando Zomer is a civil engineer trained at Unesc, the University of Extreme Southern Santa Catarina, and lives in Criciúma, in southern Brazil. He is director at EZA Engenharia, a high end construction company founded in 1991 that has delivered more than 300 projects, including custom homes, extensions and commercial buildings. In 2021 he co founded Easy Alert, a building maintenance management platform that builds the plan under the Brazilian standard NBR 5674, warns those responsible before deadlines and keeps evidence of every service; it now holds more than 300,000 maintenance records across 2,500 buildings, 138 cities and 23 states, and he runs finance and operations as CFO. He speaks about building maintenance and NBR 5674, warranty and post handover, high end construction management, software and data inside a construction company, and entrepreneurship outside the main hubs.
